- Returns are accepted for purchases made exclusively on our website.
- Original delivery costs are non-refundable for returned orders.
- For exchanges, kindly return the original items, place a new order, and we’ll dispatch your new items promptly. The original order will be refunded upon its return.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If a product arrives damaged or is faulty upon delivery, we offer a 100% refund or exchange.
Return Process:

- Include evidence of the damaged item if a replacement is desired.
Free UK Returns: Enjoy complimentary returns within the UK if your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations.

Eligibility Criteria: To qualify for a return, goods must be unopened, unwashed, with original tags attached, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
